Rescheduling or Withdrawing Your Test Appointment

Changing Testing Appointments

You may reschedule your appointment for no fee if you contact Prometric and arrange to reschedule it 30 days or more prior to your scheduled test appointment.  You may reschedule your appointment within 29 days of and 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment for a fee of $50.00 by contacting Prometric.  There is a $50.00 Prometric fee for each time you reschedule.

Transferring Testing Windows

You may transfer from your testing window to the next three month testing window by logging on to your CCI account and submitting a Transfer Request application at least 5 days prior to your scheduled test date or end of test window.  There is a fee of $75.00 payable to CCI to transfer your test window. If you have scheduled a test date you MUST contact Prometric and cancel your appointment at least 5 days prior to your test appointment. There is a $50.00 Prometric fee that is collected at the time of cancellation. If you do not cancel your Prometric appointment, you will be considered a No Show and all fees will be forfeited.

Cancelling Your Appointment

You may cancel your appointment for no fee if you contact Prometric and arrange to cancel the exam at least 30 days or more prior to your scheduled test appointment. If you have already scheduled an appointment with Prometric and it is less than 30 days until your appointment, you must contact Prometric at least 5 days prior to your testing date to cancel your appointment. There is a $50 fee payable to Prometric for cancellations. If you do not complete the cancellation process, you will be considered a No Show and all fees will be forfeited. If you wish to withdraw from your testing window and receive a partial refund please follow the directions below for Withdrawing.

Withdrawing

You may withdraw from testing if you submit a Withdrawal request at least 5 days prior to your test date or end of testing window to CCI. You will need to logon to your CCI account to submit a Withdrawal application. $75 of your exam fee is non-refundable. If you have scheduled test date, you MUST also contact Prometric and cancel your appointment. You may cancel your appointment for no fee if you contact Prometric and arrange to cancel the exam at least 30 days or more prior to your scheduled test appointment. If you have already scheduled an appointment with Prometric and it is less than 30 days until your appointment you must contact Prometric at least 5 days prior to your testing date to cancel your appointment. There is a $50.00 fee payable to Prometric for cancellations. If you do not complete the cancellation process you will be considered a No Show and all fees are forfeited.

Late for Testing Appointment/No Show

If you are late for you test appointment by more than 15 minutes, miss your scheduled appointment date or never make an appointment, your entire exam fee will be forfeited.

Exam Retake

If you need to retake the CNOR exam, you may reapply any time after the end of your testing window.  The retake fee is the same as the regular exam.
